After a long few days, the ESWC German Qualifiers have finished and the two teams who will be going to the ESWC finals later this year have been chosen! Mousesports and Alternate fought a gruelling two map decider to find out who would win the event. In the end, mousesports came from the lower-bracket final to take two maps against alternate to win the event. Mousesports were using former a-Loosers star Nils "bara" Waldowski as a stand-in due to cyx only being 17 and too young to play.
This means that both Mousesports and Alternate qualify for the ESWC finals in San Jose later this year. However, Alternate will have to pay for travel and will be entered into a lower seeded pool, whilst Mousesports have their travel paid for and recieve a higher seed. |
